Jude Law Becoming Father For Fourth Time: In a relationship, whose responsibility is it to take care of birth control?

Reading the news that Jude Law, hot English actor whom looks even hotter in the 2004 drama, Closer, with Clive Owen, Julia Roberts and Natalie Portman, is to become a father for the fourth time. As news outlets emerged with details on the pregnancy with a woman he was once in a relationship with is fascinating to me. Especially when you read the news online and then read the comments posted after the fact. Many shout out, "Use a condom!" or "Heard of a vasectomy?" Others shout back, "Why wasn't she on the pill?" or "What an opportunist!"

Jude Law has three children from his previous marriage with Sadie Frost. The couple divorced in 2003 after admitting he had an affair with the couple's nanny. This time around, he will become a father again with aspiring model/actress Samantha Burke.

"After he left, she found out she was pregnant. She tried to reach him, but the cell phone number she had for him was a temporary number that he only used in New York while filming" the source said. The two met while he was shooting Guy Ritchie's version of Sherlock Holmes, which was filmed in New York last winter.

Whose responsibility is it to take care of the birth control? Should the woman make sure she is protected or should men carry the brunt of this decision?

Maybe both should think about the responsibilty before rushing into bed when lust calls?
